Summer isn't a Bummer

Hello everyone! I'm here to tell you about my Summer. First off, I would like to take a minute to apologize for not posting in a while. This Summer I read about nine books, including a few repeats. I re-read a whole series called 'Horse Mad' before donating the books. I got these books when I was younger and read the series about three times. Reading a series more than once may take away the surprise and shock of what happens, but you certainly notice things that you might have skipped over before or not understood. The Horse Mad series is about a young Ashleigh Miller who always wanted a horse, when she finally gets one, she is ecstatic. However, there are a few strings attached to the deal.
Other books I read consisted of two Sarah Dessen books and The Perks of being a Wallflower. Sarah Dessen is an amazing author, I love reading her books as I feel the way she writes them, they relate to almost any reader. This is also the way I feel about The Perks of being a Wallflower. The way that the authors are able to configure these words amazes me, I tried writing this way in one of my recent projects and my friends really enjoyed it.
At the moment, I am reading That Summer by Sarah Dessen. I think this is quite ironic as Summer is over and the book title is That Summer. I just started reading it and once again, Sarah has written a very intriguing novel about life in a fifteen-year-old girl's shoes. I'm excited to get further into this novel and hopefully tell my viewers about it!
